The NCPOFFC operated under a cooperative agreement between PCADV and the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), U.S. Department of Justice until October 2006 when the NCFFC became part of the Battered Women's Justice Project (BWJP). The NCPOFFC currently operates under a cooperative agreement between BWJP and the OVW."
